DNCE @ The Fillmore 1/22

DNCE came, they saw, and they conquered the radio in 2016 and are making their way into the bay this winter when they hit up the Fillmore in January. The dance-rock group is touring around the states in the new year.

Coming off being dubbed the “best new artist” at the MTV Music Awards this year, you could say DNCE’s coming out party was a hit. They conquered the radio with their hits Cake By The Ocean and Toothbrush. Cake By The Ocean was on all the top playlists from Spotify to iTunes. The band formed only the past summer of 2015, but their hit debut EP Swaay only had four songs, but they rocked it. Their debut self-titled album, has fun vibes and the original four songs that introduced this funky band. Most of the songs (8 out of the 14!) have amassed at least a million hits on Spotify each. Fronted by former Jonas Brother, Joe Jonas, the band is just doling out hits with his sweet vocals. Most recently the band wrapped a world wide tour with Selena Gomez (no introduction needed) and it was widely successful. The songs the band put out are feel good, upbeat, and make you want to dance; they are the perfect car music for a long drive or a night out.

Old JoBro fans I’m sure have already jumped on this hit band, but those who haven’t (and have been living under a rock) gotten to know this band need to. Fans of The Vamps, Fifth Harmony, and Shawn Mendes can add this show to their calendar and watch this band burn it up (come on I had to) when they hit the City.
