Melt! Music Festival Announces 2017 Lineup Featuring Bonobo,Kate Tempest and The Kills

One of Germany’s iconic music festivals Melt!, is set to return in 2017 marking its 20th anniversary. Running from July 14th- 17th, this three day festival feature’s The Kills, Kate Tempest, Bonobo and so many more (full lineup below.)

Since 1997, this festival has been recognized as one of Germany’s “most legendary and diverse festivals.” Originally taking place in Larz Airport, Melt! found its permanent home in 1999 in the “city of iron” or more commonely known as Ferropolis.

Following 2016s lineup which included: Tame Impala, Jamie XX, Chvrches, M83, along with 47 other performances, it’s no shock that 2017s lineup is just as amazing.

Located on a former coal strip mine, this festivals unique location creates a beautiful combination of music and history. In the middle of Lake Gremmin, festival goer’s can jam out to three days of nonstop music and take a refreshing dip in the festivals natural oasis.

On site camping is available at two different sites: North & South. Access to the camping area will be open Thursday at 1pm and will finish at noon Monday. Prefer camping next to the car? No problem, Melt! offers a camping plus package. Early bird tickets are unfortunately sold out! But no need to fear, three day tickets, along with group packages are still available.

Purchase tickets today and dance to a mix of techno pop and indie rock on gigantic industrial excavators (seriously, those are there too) or the ground it’s a personal preference.
