American thrash metal band Testament will be hitting the road next spring in order to promote their most recent album The Brotherhood of the Snake. Testament will be accompanied by fellow metal heads Sepultura and Prong on the 36 date tour across North America. They will open the tour on April 6 in Albuquerque, NM, go through the east coast, up through Canada, then end in a complete cirle back in the Midwest in Las Vegas, NV on May 20. Check below for a complete list of dates and venues, along with ticket purchasing links.

Testament frontman Chuck Billy is just as excited as the fans are for the tour, saying “After four successful tours through Europe over the last six months, we are looking forward to touring across North America. We’ll have a new headlining set list with tracks from The Brotherhood of the Snake and how cool is it that we will be sharing the stage with our brothers in metal Sepultura and Prong?! See ya’ in the PIT!”

In September the band released their song “Brotherhood of the Snake,” the title track to their eleventh studio album. The record hit number twenty on the US Billboard 200 list, and landed at the number one spot for Billboards Independent Albums.

The band has recently been all over the festival scene, appering on the New England Harcore Festival lineup this year, and making headline appearances at Maryland’s Deathfest this year and the New England Metal and Hardcore Festival again in 2015.

Catch me at your local music festival, because there's nothing better than laying back in the grass and listening to your favorite bands or discovering new ones.
