This year has been an exciting one for Childish Gambino (Donald Glover) his television show Atlanta on FX was critically praised and successful in the ratings department as it was announced Atlanta would return for its second season before the first season was halfway finished. It’s safe to say that Childish Gambino fans have been satisfied with his output this year.
But, they now have more to look forward to, according to PITCHFORK Childish Gambino will be releasing a new album titled “Awaken, My Love!” in December of 2016.
Gambino’s most recent release was “Kauai” in 2014 a seven song EP to serve his fans after the release of his 2013 album “Because the Internet” a nineteen track effort which features the hit “3005”.
Gambino released “Me and Your Mama” a song off “Awaken, My Love!” during Zane Lowes Beats 1 radio show.
Recently, Gambino avoided conventional thought by holding a three-day event for his album Pharos.
