Consisting of three home-schooled brothers from Missouri, Radkey is not your regular band. The three brothers, Isaiah (bass), Solomon (drums) and Dee (lead vocals and guitar) Radke (apparently they were too cool to just use their last name like Haim), formed the family-titled band in 2010, and have since played with the likes of The Offspring and Titus Andronicus and performed at festivals like SXSW and Coachella along with their dad, Matt Radke, as their manager.

After releasing 2 EPs in 2013 called Cat & Mouse and Devil Fruit, the trio dropped their first full length LP, Dark Black Makeup, last year. Quickly following it up, the brothers announced earlier this month that their sophomore record, Delicious Rock Noise, will be having a November 11th release via Another Century Records this year.

Again, losing no time, the band has just released a cover of 90’s post-grunge outfit the Lemons’ “Marvel,” which will be included in the upcoming sophomore LP. Isaiah Radke said of the recording process: “We had a lot of fun with this song, and recording it was killer. We had never been to The Blasting Room before and we had a really good experience with Bill (Stevenson) and Jason (Livermore). A lot went into this track…a lot more than you may think actually, and hearing it will always bring us back to that adventure.”
