Fresh off of his latest The Idea of Love 7″ single, a tour with TR/ST and recent live show at Beach Goth, synthpop/darkwave beloved Cold Cave (né Wesley Eisold) has just announced a collection of gigs for an early 2017 winter tour. The artist will be performing alongside another gothic darkwave producer Drab Majesty, who has also just recently come back from playing Desert Daze.

Drab Majesty will be following up last summer’s CARELESS with their new album The Demonstration, which was produced by Telefon Tel Aviv‘s Josh Eustis and will be released January 20 via Dais Records.

Cold Cave’s brand of darkwave blends bleak, industrial abrasiveness with human fragility to create his own unique take on electronic music. But Eisold’s music does not start and end with Cold Cave. Outside of electronica, Wesley Eisold is also a member of the acclaimed hardcore punk outfit Give Up the Ghost, who broke up in 2004, but reunited in 2011 to play the occasional live gig in between vast swaths of radio silence. Eisold’s raw and primal yet simultaneously emotional screaming is perfect as both a texture and primary vocals for the post-hardcore act.

Look below for a list of gigs from the upcoming tour.
