Solange Knowles Announces New Album A Seat At The Table Featuring Devonte Hynes and Moses Sumney For September 2016 Release

Most of us recognize Solange Knowles as Beyonce’s little sister, but she is making a comeback and breaking free venturing deeper into her music. Solange Knowles will be releasing her new album A Seat at the Table globally on September 30th via Saint Records/Columbia. Back in 2013 is when Solange began writing and producing the album. Solange has some very special quest appearances from Devonte Hynes and Moses Sumney on the new album.

The singer/songwriter describes A Seat at the Table as “a project on identity, empowerment, independence, grief, and healing.” Solange announced the album on Monday to 86 fans in support of her new website www.solangemusic.com by mailing a poetry book of lyrics and photos for the new album. The album will be available in a digital version as well.
