Nick Cave and Warren Ellis have recently released a new music video for the song “Comancheria”. Nick and Warren have work together in previous years to create soundtracks for different movies such as The Proposition and The Assassination of Jesse James by Coward Robert Ford.
In the past month, the two artists have worked on the release of the official soundtrack for the Hell or High Water, a film directed by David Mackenzie. With the help of CBS Films and Milan Records, the video will contain slow motion scenes from the film, featuring two of the actors in the film, Chris Pine and Ben Foster. While the scenes play, the slow calming piano beats bring out a mixed emotion of happiness and sadness. The video for the song can be watched below.
On the same month of the release of the album, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds released an trailer for their recent album called Skeleton Tree. Within the topic of this album, the band released music video for the songs “Jesus Alone” and “I Need You“, which feature on the album.
