Flipping through an old school phonebook, the man finds the advertisement of two women with the title “Sister.” A humorous video making a play on those “Call me now to talk to me” advertisements that storm the TV. Leaving the lonely man with a wandering mind over these two strangers he has grown to love through the phone.

Canadian punk band White lung is back at it again with their debut of their new video for the track “Sister.” The video was directed by Justin Gradin who also is known for directing White Lung‘s “Hungry” video.  The overall take of the video features man’s attempt to find love with two strangers that he found in a phonebook.  The track comes from their fourth album Paradise that was released back in May. This is definitely a must see video that keeps surprising you until the end.

The director Gradin comments on the video stating “In a lonely world a man seeks to find love through his telephone. He discovers two women with whom he becomes obsessed with from their captivating and elegant conversations. In the end, these two women’s thrilling lives and escalating partying leave the man feeling isolated and rejected again. Its basically a 90s chat line commercial on PCP.”  The perfect description for this video.
