The Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival is hitting the Golden Gate Park this September 30, October 1 and October 2 for its 16th annual event. The event is free which makes it maybe one of the best deals near San Francisco, CA. This festival features over 100 acts over 7 different stages.
For the past several weeks, they have been releasing teasers hinting at who would be playing the festival. The moment is finally here and they have finally revealed all of this year’s guest appearances.
Some of the biggest acts include the 80’s star Cyndi Lauper, rock veterans Cake, Chris Isaak, indie hereos M. Ward and Conor Oberst, and bluegrass and country icons Emmylou Harris, Steve Earle, Rosanne Cash and many more.
