DJ Shadow has just shared his video for “Nobody Speak“. The track is collaboration with Run the Jewels from the recent album The Mountain Will Fall. The single was released back in April and was the first song to be shared from the 13 track album. Of collaborating with Run the Jewels, DJ Shadow said
“Occasionally, I make a beat that demands a specific vocal treatment and attitude. In the case of ‘Nobody Speak,’ I wasn’t going to settle for anyone other than Run The Jewels; in my mind, it was them or no one. Fortunately, they agreed, and they took the track to a place I could never get to on my own. That’s the definition of a rewarding collaboration.”
Earlier this summer DJ Shadow also released “Bergschrund” and “The Sideshow” as singles. The full album was released in July and was DJ Shadow’s first album in nearly two decades. It has been praised as one of his most original works.

DJ Shadow will be on tour starting on September 27 in San Diego. The tour will wrap up on November 5 in Italy. Check out the full list of dates below.
