On the second day of Red Bull’s three days in Miami some great performers are coming out. Cashmere Cat, Tennyson and Nick Leon will be performing. Each of these artists have a different approach, but all of them give you some chill hip hop influenced electronic production to vibe to.
Cashmere Cat is a Norwegian producer and DJ who has dropped two EP’s to date. He has collaborated with the likes of Ariana Grande and Wiz Khalifa. Currently he resides in New York and is set to release his debut album this year. His music is a unique mix of Hip Hop and electronic. He makes chill uplifting beats that can also be upbeat at times. Tennyson is a brother and sister duo who make a similarly chill style, but they do it in a completely different way with a diverse mix of percussion and sampled sounds. Nick Leon is a producer from Miami who just released his debut album three months ago. His music uses a mix of minimal sounds that progress over the sound to create a chill, yet dark and grimy sound.
On Friday, September 2nd The Hanger will be vibing all night to the chillest beats around. All of these producers have had great recent releases. If you’re a fan of chill hip hop, or any of these producers, then this night should be great for you.
