WATCH: Neurosis Tease New Album Fires Within Fires With Teaser Video

The multi-genre musicians Neurosis are well known to the worlds of metal, industrial, and alternative music since 1985. The long running band will be releasing their eleventh full-length album Fires Within Fires on Sept. 23. This album follows their 2012 hit album Honor Found in Decay which was universally recognized and enjoyed.

As fans eagerly wait for the upcoming album, the band has just dropped a teaser album video that features samples from several tracks on the anticipated Fires Within Fires. Check below for track listing and video.

In a statement a year prior to Neurosis’ forthcoming album, band member Scott Kelly said,

“We’re going to try to get a new record out quicker than the last one. The last one took five years to get out because of, you know, basically, because of personal shit that came up and interrupted the process. We’re hoping to turn one around in a more reasonable time and just keep gigging.”

If you want to catch a glimpse of Neurosis live you can see them in August during a small tour around Europe. In select places you can find the band accompanied by Latvia’s experimental trio TESA.

Waiting for your favorite metal band Neurosis to come to your country? Listen to their teaser or second studio album Honor Found In Decay to pass the time. The band worked for ten days in the studio with returning producer Steve Albini which band member Von Till described as as “luxurious” compared to the six days they spent recording their previous album Given to the Rising.
