Dischord Records has just released its entire archive for streaming on Bandcamp. This means fans can stream for free and get cheap downloads of some of the label’s classic albums. Some of Dischord’s artists include Minor Threat, Fugazi, Rites of Spring, Autoclave, Dag Nasty, Government Issue, and Slant 6.
Dischord is a Washington D.C based independent label that specializes in punk music. They were formed by the group Teen Idles in the 1980’s after the group split up, but still wanted to record an album. Teen Idle’s Minor Disturbance was the label’s first album in 1980. Dischord produces all albums by themselves and sells them at a discounted price.
