Project Pabst Philadelphia Announces 2016 Lineup Featuring Animal Collective, Beach Slang, And Mac DeMarco

Project Pabst Philadelphia has announced its 2016 lineup. The festival will take place on October 8th at the Electric Factory, and features performances from heavy hitters such as Mac DeMarco, Animal Collective, and Rebirth Brass Band. During the day, the festival will take place in the Electric family parking lot, while at night, an after party featuring Vulfpeck and Son Little will take place inside the venue.

After two years in Portland, the acclaimed festival is branching out to three other cities, including Philadelphia. The event combines festival staples such as music, food, art, and beer with “non-festival prices”, allowing more people to join in the fun. Some unique features include interactive art installations, an arcade called the PBRcade, and a recording studio that allows guests to record demos to a vinyl record called PBR Wax. In addition, Philadelphia’s festival will feature a unique PBR can design created by illustrator Jonny Rabbit.
