Beach Goth V Announces 2016 Lineup Featuring Bon Iver, Justice and The Growlers

The fifth annual Beach Goth festival has just announced their 2016 lineup.  Headliners include Bon Iver, The Growlers, Justice, and James Blake.  The festival will take place on Saturday, October 22nd and Sunday, October 23rd at Oak Canyon Park in Orange County.  Oak Canyon Park is the festival’s new home, while last year’s festival was held at the Observatory grounds.

This year’s festival will include carnival rides, Beach Goth Island with Dub Club DJ’s, the return of Rocky Horror Picture Show, and Selena impersonators.

Beach Goth 2015 featured FIDLAR, Grimes, and Eagles of Death Metal, among others. Besides awesome musical acts, last year’s festival also offered fans a live action smurf village and a rap battle hosted by Riff Raff.

UPDATE 9/20: Beach Goth has announced several new performers to an already-incredible lineup. On Saturday, punk pioneer and active musical legend Patti Smith will perform, as will Corbin FKA Spooky Black. Also added to the first day of the festival is RuPaul’s Drag Race featuring Alaska Thunderfuck. Performing on Sunday will be new additions Grimes, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, She Wants Revenge, The Adicts, Moving Units playing Joy Division and Ugly God.
