Zomboy is coming to The Hangar in downtown on Friday, September 23rd. He just released his new ep “Neon Grave’ at the beginning of this year, continuing the stream of great dubstep he has released since he started making music.

Zomboy is a English music producer and DJ from Penzance. He has been making EDM since 2011 with the release of his first single “Organ Donor”. He has done remixes for many artists including Bro Safari, Skrillex and The Chainsmokers. Many dubstep artists have moved on from the genre over the years, but Zomboy is still making dubstep and it’s great. He is pushing the genre forward from its beginnings. His new releases in particular offer a different flavor than most ealier dubstep, but still a vibe that is unmistakably in the genre. Take a listen to “Like a Bitch” and “Lights Out” from his new ep to hear what I’m talking about.

The Hangar should be the perfect venue for an artist like Zomboy. The large pit space for concert goes to dance in and the enclosed nature of the space should allow Zomboy’s beats to be heard all around you. If you are a fan of dubstep you should definitely make it to this concert because this is some of the best dubstep to be released recently.
