Festival Palomino Announce 2016 Lineup Featuring The Arcs, Andrew Bird and Frightened Rabbit

Festival Palomino has revealed the full lineup for 2016, and it is sure to be a blast. The annual event will feature a variety of exciting artists including The Arcs, Andrew Bird, Frightened Rabbits, Jake Bugg and many more.

Festival Palomino made its debut in 2014 and established itself as a prime spot for indie artists. Each year, a handful of musicians come together at Canterbury Park in Shakopee, Minnesota to celebrate the power of music. The festival has grown in size each year, with the number of 2016 artists nearly doubling since last year. While the 2015 installment drew in nearly 10,000 attendees, this year is rumored to be bigger and better than ever. The event has expanded to three stages, and will feature horse racing action for the first time.

Some of the featured artists are no strangers to music festivals, particularly the Arcs. The band played Coachella, where they were joined onstage by Glenn Schwartz and Joe Walsh, earlier this year, while they are set to perform at Pilgrimage Music & Cultural Festival in September. This will also be the third year at Festival Palomino for Trampled by Turtles. The festival features an incredibly talented group of artists that will surely not disappoint.

The event takes place Saturday, September 17 at Canterbury Park in Minnesota. Tickets are $52 for general admission, and $151 with an upgrade to VIP, and go on sale this Friday at noon via the official website. VIP tickets include access to premium seating and viewing areas, and a private bar, bathrooms, and food vendors. Check out the full lineup below.
