My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult Announce “Elektrik Messiah Show” Summer 2016 Tour Dates

My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult have just announced a Summer 2016 tour that will run through the month of June.

The Industrial-disco demons, as the press release describes them, have just announced that they will be taking their Electrik Show on a run this summer through the East Coast. The tour will begin on June 9 at the Gun Mill & Grille in Northampton, PA and will wrap up back in California on June 17 at the Spike’s Bar in Rosemead, CA. The tour only runs for 7 shows through the month of June so the group has more than enough to jam into those few sets that they have.

My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult will be playing “revved-up, electro” versions of many of the songs from the past that have made them what they are, as well as some from their 2014 release, Spooky Tricks. Two of the founding members Groovie Mann, vocals, and Buzz McCoy, keys and production, will be joined by two veteran perfromers, Mimi Star on bass and Westin Halvorson on guitar. The group has come a long way since their debut album, I See Good Spirits and I See Bad Spirits back in 1989, and they plan to show what that journey has taught them. The tour is known as the Electric Messiah Tour and all ticketing information and tour dates can be found below.

Ryan Fricke: Music is my therapy, which I could not function without. I am currently finishing my senior year a Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida with a Journalism major and a Creative Writing Minor. I first realized I wanted to become a Music Journalist the minute I learned that I could get paid to do the two things I love most, writing and listening to music. I have yet to decide which I am more infatuated with but for the time being I will happily house them to their stalemate. My plans after graduation are unclear but I hope to further gain experience in this profession.
