Lacuna Coil has just announced their tour dates for this Spring. They will be touring in celebration of their new album Delirium that will be released on May 27th via Century Media Records.
The “Delirium Worldwide” tour will begin on April 8th in San Francisco CA, on May 7th and continue throughout North America. In support of their tour, bands Butcher Babies with 9Electric will play alongside Lacuna Coil for the first leg, and Painted Wives will finish off the excursion. The last half of the tour is going to be announced in the coming weeks with a separate band that will be revealed on Lacuna Coil’s Facebook page.
In direct collaboration with Revolver Magazine, the band just released their leading track off the album “The House Of Shame” with a lyrical video.
Band members are really excited about the upcoming music and the opportunity to share it with the world.
When talking about the new album Cristina Scabbia on female vocals, said: “Everything feels different this time in the LACUNA COIL camp. It’s something I can hear it and something I can breath. A new wave of confidence, a renewed essence and pure drops of energy sweating out of our pores. I can’t wait to show it to all my friends and welcome you all once again in our family. Trust me, this is a Delirium you will feel the NEED to be part of.”
Andrea Ferro featured on male vocals, gave his own take: “Delirium is not the beginning of a new chapter in LACUNA COIL’s life; it is the beginning of a new book! We’re really excited about starting this touring cycle with such a fresh vibe, meeting old and new friends around the U.S. and get such great touring companions. We’re just writing the first page of this book and it is already a crazy one.”

UPDATED (4/22/16) Lacuna Coil has just announced the details on their second leg of the tour featuring Stitched Up Heart to replace Butcher Babies. 9ELECTRIC and Painted Wives will continue onto the second leg as well. It will kick off at the Bottom Lounge in Chicago, IL and continue until the middle of June throughout the U.S.
