Kanye’s The Life Of Pablo Will Be Available On Streaming Services Besides Tidal

Kanye West is going to retract his promise to Tidal to keep his newest album The Life of Pablo as a Tidal exclusive release.

When Kanye West had originally released his newest album, The Life of Pablo, he made a promise to Tidal via a twitter post to make his album a Tidal exclusive. The post made the claim that he would not only make the album exclusive to Tidal, but he would also specifically never release the album to Apple. The original post can be seen below.

Now West has release has released both “Famous” and “I Love Kanye” to other services including Spotify, Rhapsody, Soundcloud Go and, you guessed it, Apple Music. But the release of these two tracks are just the tip of the iceberg as West is also prepared to release the entire album to all of these different services too, according to SOHH. The alleged release to these different services will be this April 1st, so there is a possibility Kanye is just one to celebrate the holiday of April Fools day.

Since the album has been released West has been making slight changes in an effort at perfection. On March 31 he released the third revised album via TIDAL, which includes changes to the overall mix and to some lyrics as well. More specifically he has made changes such as adding extra background vocals to The Weeknd’s chorus on “FML.” He also had Chance The Rapper add an entire new line to his verse on “Ultralight Beam,” and he also changed to a different beat for “Feedback.” Thus proving the old saying that an artist’s work is never done. West can also use the revised release an entirely new release and that his promise only applied to the original The Life of Pablo, assuming this all isn’t an elaborate prank by Yeezus.
