Peter Bjorn and John are all set to release their seventh studio album, Breakin’ Point. The album will be available June 10, and the group has just released the undeniably catchy first single, “What Are You Talking About.”
The single is a bouncy and infectious pop tune that gets you on your feet and ready to dance. It also builds great anticipation for Breakin’ Point, the group’s follow-up to 2011’s Gimme Some (for which you can see a review here.) According to Billboard, the new record will feature collaborations with superstar producers Paul Epworth, Greg Kurstin and Emile Haynie. For those who don’t know, these are guys who have worked with artists like Adele, Lana Del Rey, Tegan and Sara and more, so Breakin’ Point is bound to be epic.
Peter Bjorn and John will also embark on a brief tour in support of the new album. Beginning in May, the group will perform around a dozen dates throughout the world before ending in Canada. Check out tour dates below.
