Join for the pet parade, chili cook-off or the great acts to perform in the parking lot of Joe’s on South Congress at South By San Jose. All four days begin at noon, which helps give us all time to rally for the excitement. Catch great local acts like Hayes Carll, Sweet Spirit and Chicano Batman. This is a free event and doesn’t require a RSVP or wristband. Make sure you look at the four day line up after the jump!
