Originally started as a solo project by Scott Hutchison, Frightened Rabbit has become one of the most popular indie bands of the 2000s to the present. Later joined by his brother Grant on drums and Billy Kennedy on guitar, Frightened Rabbit took off. Their first album released in 2006 and ten years later they’re still making music and are coming out with their fifth album on April 8th. The record titled Painting of a Panic Attack will be the basis of Frightened Rabbit’s tour. On their planned tour, starting in April, they will perform throughout the UK, US, and Canada. The band has played high-profile festivals such as SXSW, Lollapalooza, and Reading Festival. Lead vocalist Scott says in an interview with the AV Club, “I’d like to continue challenging myself and taking different subject matters. Maybe I’ll take something altogether different for the next one that isn’t anything to do with my life whatsoever.”
