South by South West, also known as SXSW, has officially announced the seventh round of performers for the upcoming Music and Media Conference. The annual gathering has added a variety of exciting new artists such as MSTRKRFT, BJ the Chicago Kid, CocoRosie, Wye Oak, Teklife, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Fantastic Negrito, and many more. The festival is set to take place March 15-20, 2016 in Austin, Texas.
Additionally, eight sessions were added to the Music Conference program, including “Hired Guns: World’s Greatest Backing Musicians” and “Music, Apps, Devices: Next Gen?” The latter will feature a Skype session with Imogen Heap.
