The Sound City festival in Liverpool has announced its lineup for the 2016 year. The festival will take place at the Waters Bramley-Moore Dock located at Regent Road in Liverpool, England. The event will take place on the 28 and 29 of May this year. The lineup includes performances by Motor City Drum Ensemble, Greg Wilson, Neon Waltz, Hot Chip, Catfish & The Bottlemen, and The Dandy Warhols.

Accommodations to get to and from the Moore Dock include a shuttle bus that departs from the Liverpool City Centre. The service costs five British pounds a day. For train riders, the nearest station to the Moore Dock for the Sound City Liverpool fest is in Sandhills. The Sandhills station is few stops from these four train stations located around Liverpool: Liverpool Lime St, Liverpool Central, Liverpool James St, and Birkenhead Central. The time tables for the train routes can be found on the Merseyrail website. The National Rail Enquiries website will also offer a few options for those who are traveling from outside of Liverpool such as: Manchester, Chester, Wigan, Birmingham, Leeds, and London. For those locations it would be better to take the train to the Liverpool Lime St station and then catch the shuttle or taxi to Sandhills. There are other options for long distance plane flights and taxi cab phone numbers that people could call to get to the festival.
