British electronic duo Underworld has finally released their first single in six years, and now they have a video to go along with it. Their single “I Exhale” was released last week to the delight of fans. Back in November, the band announced that they were working on a new album Barbara Barbara, we face a shining future. The release date for the album has been confirmed to be March 18th of this year and the track list has been released as well. This album is the first studio album the band has released since their sixth studio album Barking, released in 2010.
“I Exhale” is Underworld’s first new piece of music since their contribution to the 2012 Summer Olympics opening ceremony. The video for the song involves a collaboration with art and design collective Tomato. “I Exhale” is the opening track of the band’s upcoming album, true to Underworld’s authentic and unique sound. Underworld will also be performing at Coachella this year, the first time since 2003. The band actually played at the very first Coachella back in 1999.
