Pete Yorn Releases New Video For “Lost Weekend” And Announces New Album ArrangingTime For March 2016 Release

Indie folk-rocker Pete Yorn has released a new video for “Lost Weekend,” one of the songs on his upcoming new album, ArrangingTime. The new record, which is Yorn’s first studio album in six years, is slated for release on March 16, 2016.

According to Yorn, the new video, directed by Maria Ines Manchego, aims to “capture a day in the life of a suburban kid and show how his encounters with the mundane act as a counterbalance to the bigger moments of our lives.”

Check it out below.

For ArrangingTime, Yorn enlisted the aid of producer R. Walt Vincent, who worked with Yorn on his first two albums. If the first two tracks are any indication, the album features a healthy of mix of analog instruments and modern production techniques, resulting in a refined yet raw folk-rock sound.

Yorn has also announced he will be peforming at Coachella 2016 on April 14 and April 26.
