A grand piece of memrobilia has just been leaked on the internet in the form of Stone Temple Pilot’s rehearsal, dated back to a 1993 performance on SNL.
The video marks incredible footage of the heavily-influencial band who would come to be a household name of music lovers all over the world. The video opens up with a rehearsal of “Creep”. Its grainy footage from 1993 is perfectly matched with the raw footage that is Stone Temple Pilot’s rehearsal.
With the passing of Scott Weiland, and indirectly, the passing of one of the best voices in rock and roll, this leaked rehearsal is coming at the perfect time. It clocks in at just under 30 minutes… 30 amazing minutes of pure STP rehearsel. According to Alternativenation, some of the videos key moments are Weiland discussing a different version of “Creep”, as well as the playing of an earlier rendition of “Hollywood Bitch”, which would come to fruition on the album Shangri LA DEE DA.
