Banks released her music video for the single “Better,” and its all her. Just recently she announced that she would be going on her Madness Tour. The new album, self titled Banks, is Banks newest album since 2014 Goddess. It will come out next year, but it is also one of the newest items that she has done all on her own. The Madness Tour will include former tour mates Abel and the XO Crew, which also toured with the artist on her Goddess album tour.
The music video involves Banks covered in gold paint and writhing under a spotlight. But what it does tend to show is that she is more than just a human being, capable of being flawed or even capable of being incomplete. The song and the video leave a sense of tantric new beginnings. But while most people have their flaws and faults that even John Greene would point out, Banks flaws are all about how she improved on them to become “Better” than what she was before.
