Trevor Powers, aka Youth Lagoon, has released the video for “The Knower.” The song comes off his third album, Savage Hills Ballroom, which was released a couple of weeks ago.
The video was directed by Lucas Navarro. It’s a computer-animated clip that centers on a fire in a retirement home. The video starts off with an elder woman walking through a pool house. The clip is slow-mo and the camera shifts between the older woman and a parrot that is inside the house. The video compliments the song very well.
Youth Lagoon will be going on a world tour beginning in a few weeks spanning until the beginning of February. Powers will be stopping by the Fonda Theatre in LA on November 17. The rest of the tour dates can be found on Under The Radar.
