The Arcs Announce Fall 2015 Tour Dates

Dan Auerbach’s side project, The Arcs, has announced a 2015 Fall Tour.

This will be the band’s first tour together in support of their debut album. Yours, Dreamily, was released earlier this month and has been followed by couple music video releases since and now this tour announcement. The tour is set to begin in New York on September 26th and will be livestreamed on Yahoo for anyone to see, according to Rolling Stone. After this show they will be doing a leg of the tour in Europe that will conclude on November 16th with a show in Milan, Italy. It won’t be until December 1st that the band makes it back to North America with a show in Minneapolis. The North American leg of the tour will end on December 20th in Nashville, TN. The Arcs was originally a solo project that Auerbach was working on in his off time from The Black keys but quickly turned into a colaborabtion with multiple artists. The rest of the Arcs is comprised of Leon Michels, Richard Swift, Homer Steinweiss, Nick Movshon, Kenny Vaughan and Mariachi Flor de Toloache, the musicians contribute vocal and instrumental roles and all members receiving songwriting credit. The album was recorded over a two week span and released via Nonesuch Records.

Ryan Fricke: Music is my therapy, which I could not function without. I am currently finishing my senior year a Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida with a Journalism major and a Creative Writing Minor.
