Majical Cloudz takes on modern hopeless romanticism with the release of their new song “Are You Alone?“.
Majical Cloudz will release their new album Impersonator October 16. Their latest single “Are You Alone?” seems to draw inspiration from Radiohead’s Kid A closer “Motion Picture Soundtrack”. The songs melody and beat seem to be influenced by it but still seems to stand alone as the song. “Are You Alone?” has a subtle humming beat with soft vocals to sooth any pain you’re going through. According to Devon Welsh,”‘Are You Alone?’ is a song about life! People doing things and feeling things and falling all over the place! Lots of emotions! Just trying to keep going! Sometimes it’s easy! Sometimes it’s hard! It’s a song about caring what happens! To other people!” They have also released “Silver Car Crash” to follow up their new album Impersonator.
