Here We Go Magic is an indie pop band that’s going through a unique artistic transformation with their material, as seen in this new track “Ordinary Feeling”. “Ordinary Feeling” is a track off of their fourth studio album Be Small, announced for release on October 16th.
This album is really taking a different approach in their material, looking at mellower aspects and intimate styles. It’s a unique transformation and huge leap for Here We Go Magic, and I’m sure fans will find it interesting. Musicians go through plenty of changes throughout their careers, and this is a clever one that brings more focus on the smaller aspects of song writing and music.
“Ordinary Feeling” has a restrained almost etherial quality about it – something that is really new for Here We Go Magic. Although changing their sound a bit has to be challenging, Here We Go Again Magic really pulls off this adjustment and involves some great qualities in “Ordinary Feeling”. The focus of deep groove in their material is what makes Here We Go Magic such a unique fun band.
