Alternative-rock vixen, Meg Myers is gearing-up for a full-fledged tour this Fall in support of her brand-new debut album, Sorry, due out September 18th. Myers will hit the road supported by gifted singer-songwriter, Jarryd James on varying dates, co-headline show with Yelawolf, and even appear as a special-guest to Awolnation for a few fun-filled performances.
Touted for her provocative live-stage persona, Meg Myers will kick things into high-gear: September 25th at Strummer’s in Fresno, CA and bounce around the country with a fierce bravado until settling in her adopted city of Los Angeles for a rousing finale at the El Rey Theatre, November 17th.
Fresh off this year’s buzz of hits: “Lemon Eyes,” “Desire,” and “Sorry,” Myers’ intricate knack to serenade the wicked knows no bounds. Flexing her sinful blend of shrieks, featuring the ghost of Alanis Morrissette and choir-girl falsetto, her scale follows the battering-ram of crunching-guitars driven by hell itself.
Tickets go on-sale to the general public this Friday, August 28th at 10a.m. local time. Come see what all the fuss is about from this new hell-raising dynamo.
