The Weeknd Announces Fall 2015 Tour Dates

Quickly rising R&B star The Weeknd has announced tour dates in North America for November and December, calling it The Madness Fall Tour.

The Weeknd has had an exciting year, with impressive performances at SXSW 2015 and Coachella, the latter of which included an onstage appearance by none other than Kanye West. He also recorded song called “Earned It” for the Fifty Shades of Grey film soundtrack. This Labor Day weekend he will be a headliner at Seattle’s Bumbershoot Festival and will appear that same weekend as a headliner at Philadelphia’s Budweiser Made In America Festival.

He released his sophomore album, Beauty Behind the Madness, in August 2015. Among the album’s 14 tracks are “Losers,” collaboration with Labrinth; “Dark Times,” featuring Ed Sheeran; and “Prisoners,” with Lana Del Rey. The Del Rey collaboration was premiered in part during performance on a private island off the shores of London called Osea Island. The Weeknd released an official music video for his single “I Can’t Feel My Face” in late July, adding to the hype for the album.

Last year’s King Of The Fall Tour was sold out and The Weeknd’s popularity has grown immensely in the past year, so it is almost guaranteed that this year’s appearances will fill up quickly. The upcoming tour includes stops in most regions of the United States, as well as several in different Canadian provinces. To see the full list of tour dates and get tickets, see below.
