Mindless Self Indulgence’s new album is available for pre-order today. The new album titled Pink, will come out in September of this year. The album will consists of some of the music that the band has written from 1990-1997. It contains material that has not been released or even found on anything that the band has already released. The prequel for all of the Mindless Self Indulgence albums, the songs were written and produced by the band member, Little Jimmy Urine. Pink is 19 tracks including 15 never before heard songs from the band that have been written and recorded, but tucked away in a little tiny box. The album includes an audio diary from Jimmy Urine when he was just twenty-two years old. The album also includes the origins of the bands name, a picture about making a Mindless Self Indulgence song, and some other hidden songs that will be included in the entire digital download of the album.
In lieu of the album being released, Jimmy Urine will appear in the independent film Alleluia! The Devil’s Carnival, which is directed by Darren Lynn Bousman, who directed the SAW sequel movies. The independent film is sequel to the film The Devil’s Carnival which came out in 2012. Jimmy Urine and his wife, Chantal Claret from the band Morningwood, play the part of Translator Bentz and Translator Batez in the movie. Jimmy Urine and his wife, along with musician Tech N9ne posed for a picture outside a Los Angeles theater proceeding the unveiling of the films debut.
