Starting Thursday, October 8th one of the most acclaimed fall music festivals, Culture Collide, will be returning to Los Angeles for 3 days of pure bliss. Along with hot headliners such as Ash, The Juan Maclean, Ladyhawke, The Mynabirds, Nick Diamond (Islands) and Vieux Farka Toure, the Los Angeles branch of Independent Label Market will be held the same weekend in the Taix parking lot from 12 to 6.
The festival is held at various venues surrounding Echo Park including The Echo, Echoplex, Taix, and the Echo Park United Methodist Church. Tickets for the 21 and up festival go on sale on August 10th at 10:30 am for $10.00 a piece plus a general service fee. This ticket will give you an almost all access pass to each and every venue for the entire festival, but some larger shows such as Ash, The Juan Maclean and Ladyhawke require a $20.00 ticket which will give you access to the rest of the festivities.
Headliner Ladyhawke has been more than MIA since their show at Echoplex, and album, Anxiety, in 2012 while the Mynabirds performed with Ariel Pink on the Santa Monica pier in late July this year and The Juan MacLean went on US tour and released a hit album entitled In A Dream.
