Doomtree released new music video for their single “Generator.” The single is from the bands new album All Hands and has been released previously this year and can be located on their website. The album can be ordered on iTunes. The new single is a call to arms and the video features the members of Doomtree taking to the streets of their native Minneapolis, cutting imposing portraits against the desolation of a Midwestern winter.

Doomtree has wrapped up European tour and a performance at the Justin Vernon-curated Eaux Claires Festival. Now the band will be performing at upcoming festivals like the Riot Fest, Rifflandia, Boston Calling and Fun Fun Fun Fest. They have also created a list of tour dates titled, Off In The Deep Tour. The band has recently been featured on National Public Radio’s All Things Considered. To make All Hands, band members sequestered themselves in cabin with no cell reception to distract from the task at hand and no neighbors to be bothered by the music playing through the night. The new album is as much a product of seven friends, relying only on each other, working in international waters. The album reflects on the way the band members show that their assion is just making music and that is what keeps them together.
