The Mowgli’s Announce Fall 2015 Co-Headlining Tour Dates With Lights

The American alternative rock band The Mowgli’s, and Canadian singer/songwriter and winner of a Juno award for best new artist of the year in 2009, Lights have announced a Fall 2015 Co-Headlining tour together.

The tour starts in Austin, Texas in November, and continues throughout the month into early December, where it comes to a close in San Francisco. The tour spans just over a month with it’s first show November 4th and it’s final show December 8th.

The Mowgli’s and Lights will be supported in some venues by Phases (formerly known as JJAMZ) an american indie-pop band from California. After changing their name from JJAMZ to Phases, they released three new songs and a music video in one day. In other locations, the Co-Headliners will be supported by K.Flay, a rapper and producer from Illinois. K.Flay has only released one studio album but has several mixtapes. Her music is featured in the movie “This Is The End” and in the video game “Need For Speed: Rivals”.

The Mowgli’s released their fourth studio album earlier this year. Kids in Love was released April 14th, 2015. The Mowgli’s have a self-proclaimed mission to encourage the spread of love and kindness to others, and have supported many charities including charitywater.org

The announcement of another tour shouldn’t surprise fans of Lights. The singer/songwriter has toured extensively to support her music, starting in 2008 and with no sign of stopping anytime soon. Lights has released three studio albums, her most recent being Little Machines, which was released in 2014.
