This past April, English rock band Wire released self-titled album, their fourteenth to date. Titled Wire, the band’s most recent record reinforces the band’s mastery of danceable, catchy tunes comprised with unforgettable hooks. Soon after the album release, Wire brought forth hazy video for “Burning Bridges,” featuring live footage of the band.
Now the band has graced fans with another video, this time for the single “High.” In similar fashion to their last release, “High” depicts more live videos of the band from the perspective of a concert-goer in amidst the crowd. The footage is accompanied by an overlay of neon-colored clouds and smoke, alternating from a brightly lit city skyline to the beach at sunset.
Since the release of their album, the band has completed a successful run of shows in the UK and USA. They will continue their trek over the world with a series of dates in Europe, ranging from Bologna, Bristol, Le Havre, Berlin and Amsterdam.
