Kitty has released a new single titled “Drink Tickets” via Noisey. The single was produced as part of Adult Swim’s annual singles series, this year including 19-weeks of various song releases by artists such as Cherry Glazerr and Slayer. So far, Adult Swim has debuted singles from D∆WN and Cherry Glazerr.
Last year, break-out rapper Kitty released her EP Frostbite, which received positive feedback. Earlier this year, she also released a video for her single “Second Life” Kitty’s single, “Drink Tickets” was produced by Pat Lukens. Kitty demonstrates her full range of talent, by not only rapping, but including pop vocals to this single as well. According to Noisey, the song is about Kitty’s ability to provide drink tickets. As minor as the topic is, Noisey goes on to applaud the track for its “airy vocals” paired with strong raps.
