Failure, the alternative rock band that originated in Los Angeles, have unveiled a brand new video for the single, “Hot Traveler”. Directed by frontman Ken Andrews, the video was filmed in the band’s hometown of L.A.
“Hot Traveler” depicts aesthetic views of a lone man’s shadow walking across an airport hallway. The video then shifts to the band centered in a grand, rustic room passionately playing their respective instruments.
The single comes from the band’s forthcoming album, The Heart Is A Monster, scheduled for release on June 30. It has already been met with critical acclaim, including Rolling Stone, who rave that the album is “a sprawling, 18 track voyage that… brilliantly picks up from where Fantastic Planet left off.”
