¡Viva México! The Corona Capital Festival released its 2015 lineup yesterday, featuring Calvin Harris, Pixies, Fatboy Slim, Ryan Adams, Chromeo, Death From Above 1797, Spoon, Father John Misty, Twenty One Pilots, Run the Jewels, RAC, Goldroom and more.
The festival is set to take place on November 21 and 22 in Mexico City.
Corona Capital is young – it launched in 2010, hosting acts like Regina Skeptor, Flyleaf and The Temper Trap. Since then, The Strokes, Major Lazer, Florence and the Machine, MIA and Jack White have all been a part of its lineups.
The mainly rock and alternative festival is organized by the Mexican entertainment and media company, Corporación Interamericana de Entretenimient (Interamerican Entertainment Corporation). Each year, it’s held at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodríguez, a racetrack in the southern part of the capital city.
