Lana Del Rey has been very busy during 2015, releasing singles and previews all for her new album. According to Pretty Much Amazing Del Rey’s new album, Honeymoon, will be complete soon and ready for release by September.
In early January, Del Rey officially announced the album. During this announcement, Del Rey stated that she had nine new songs ready for the album. In an interview with Billboard Del Ray said the following:
“It’s very different from the last one and similar to the first two, Born to Die and Paradise. I finished my last one [Ultraviolence] in March and released it in June and I had a follow-up idea. It’s growing into something I really like. I’m kind of enjoying sinking into this more noirish feel for this one. It’s been good.”
Since the announcement of the album, Del Rey has appeared in various forms over the months. In addition to performing and scheduling performances like her upcoming appearance in the Sasquatch! Festival. The singer was also nominated for 2015 Golden Globe for her song “Big Eyes.” Despite this, Del Rey has continuously put out music. She recently released the singles “Serial Killer,” and “Life Is Beautiful.”
