On Wednesday, April 15, Faith No More revealed their latest material in Vancouver. The band played two brand-new songs in front of a packed show at the beginning of their 2015 tour.
The two new songs, “Sol Invictus” and “From the Dead,” were premiered live at the PNE Forum. Both new pieces hit the crowd with both classic energy and refreshing new vibrations that point towards the latest direction of their ever-evolving sound. It’s been over a decade since FNM has toured in North America, and the surprise look into their upcoming album has started things off with a bang. Soul Invictus, the band’s first studio album since 1997, is scheduled to drop on May 18. Back in March, they released the album’s first single titled “Superhero.” Their 2015 tour will include performances from coast to coast in North America as well as a series of major shows in both Europe and Australia.
