Alice In Chains has announced dates for their summer 2015 tour. The tour will begin on July 17 at the Starlight Theatre in Pala, California and portion of all proceeds will go towards a memorial fundraiser for a fan that was close to the band’s heart.
“Thanks to the great people at WMRQ in Hartford, CT, we became close with a young man named Stefan Dayne-Ankle, who sadly last week lost a courageous battle with Leukemia,” says the band. “To honor Stefan and help give him the memorial he deserves, we’re donating $2 from every ticket pre-sold on this tour. The tour will span roughly a month, concluding on August 16 at Musikfest in Bethlehem, PA. The announcement of this tour comes just weeks after Alice In Chains gave an incredible performance at the NFC Championship Halftime Show in January.
