Amnesia Rockfest Announced Featuring System Of A Down, Slayer, And Refused

Canada’s largest rock festival has unveiled its 2015 lineup.

Canada’s Amnesia Rockfest has released its 2015 lineup, headed by System of a Down, The Offspring, Linkin Park, Snoop Dogg, Slayer, Tenacious D, The Pixies, and more. The festival takes place from June 18th to June 21st at the Montebello marina in Quebec, and the tickets are on sale now.

The festival was founded in 2005 by a seventeen-year-old from Montebello, and has featured notable acts such as Blink-182, Weezer, Alice In Chains, Rise Against, and Marilyn Manson.

The festival will also feature comedy acts, including Tom Green, Steve-O, and Mike Ward.

Rockfest headliner System of a Down announced earlier this year that they might put out a new album, as Serj Tankein telling Rolling Stone,

“There has been talk, and we are going to play this tour, come back and we’re going to see where we are. If we have songs that work for System, if I have them and Daron [Malakian, guitar] has them. The openness is there to work together, but we haven’t made any particular plans that we can announce.”

The festival will also feature the Ministry and Skinny Puppy, two Canadian industrial bands, performing together for the first time since 1988.
