Ex Hex, the most recent project of singer/songwriter/guitarist, Mary Timony have announced their NYC date as they continue their tour that currently has them playing a series of dates all across Europe. They are touring in support of their recently released debut album Rips.
Based out of the Washington D.C. area, Timony has played in a variety of punk, rock, and hardcore bands since the early 90’s. Though enjoying considerable success throughout her career and working with luminaries like Sleater-Kinney, Ex Hex has been a bigger breakthrough for Timony, and their album has been declared one of the best of 2014 by many critics worldwide.
Sheer Mag is an up and coming rock band from Philadelphia who have opened several times for Ex Hex on their current tour. Tickets are still available to see some great music in an intimate venue. Don’t miss out!
