LISTEN: The Prodigy Release New Song “The Day Is My Enemy”

English electronica band The Prodigy have released “The Day Is My Enemy,” the title track of their latest album, out March 30th.

Electronica group The Prodigy have released a new song, “The Day Is My Enemy,” the title track off their upcoming album, the band’s first in six years.

Active since 1990, the band hasn’t released a new album since 2009’s Invaders Must Die, which featured drummer Dave Grohl on the track “Run With the Wolves.”

The Prodigy recently signed to Three Six Zero Group, in conjunction with Warner Music, for the first time since 2004.

Maxim, AKA Keith Palmer, recently spoke EDMSauce about being a part of The Prodigy:

It’s been good. It’s just like any relationship. It has its ups and downs. We always say we’re brothers and we’ve been through good times and bad times together. We’ve been at each other’s throats, but we’re in a stage in our lives now where we realized where we are. We’ve been together for 23 years so we’re like brothers. It doesn’t matter what happens.”

The group’s 23 years include Grammy nominations and multiple Gold and Silver Discs, but Maxim says the success doesn’t get in the way of the group’s focus, making music.

The Prodigy’s upcoming album The Day Is My Enemy, is set to be released March 30th, and you can stream the title track of the album below.
